쉬운달력 — 데이터 삭제 요청

앱 이름: 쉬운달력 (Google Play 등록명: 쉬운달력 - 음력 일정, 운세, 만보기)

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보를 삭제하도록 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 방법 중 하나를 쓰시면 됩니다.

방법 1. 앱에서 직접 지우기 (가장 빠릅니다)

앱을 열고 메뉴 → 내 정보에서 이름 등 입력한 내용을 지웁니다.
일정은 각 날짜 화면에서 지울 수 있습니다.
기기에 저장된 내용을 한 번에 지우려면 휴대폰 설정 → 애플리케이션 → 쉬운달력 → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제를 누르거나, 앱을 삭제하시면 됩니다.

쉬운달력은 일정·메모·걸음 수를 휴대폰 안에만 저장합니다. 위 방법으로 지우면 그 정보는 완전히 사라집니다.

가장 쉬운 방법은 앱의 설정 → 도움말·앱 정보 → 이용약관·개인정보 처리방침 → 개인정보 요청에서 [이메일 보내기]를 누르는 것입니다. 제목과 요청 코드가 자동으로 들어간 메일이 만들어지니, 원하시는 내용(사본 받기 또는 삭제)만 적어 보내 주세요.
직접 메일을 쓰실 때는 제목에 “데이터 삭제 요청”이라고 적고, 같은 화면에 보이는 요청 코드를 본문에 붙여 주세요. 앱을 이미 지우셨다면 휴대폰 기종과 대략의 설치 시기, 삭제를 원하는 내용을 적어 주세요. 계정이 없는 앱이라 이름·주민번호 같은 개인정보는 보내지 않으셔도 됩니다.
접수 후 확인하여 지체 없이 삭제 또는 비식별 처리하고, 처리 결과를 회신드립니다.

정보	어떻게 되나요
이름, 일정, 메모, 알림 설정, 걸음 수 기록	휴대폰에만 저장됩니다. 앱에서 지우거나 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 즉시 사라집니다.
익명 인증 식별자, 약관·처리방침 동의 기록	삭제를 요청하시면 지체 없이 삭제 또는 비식별 처리합니다.
오류 기록(Crashlytics)	Google의 보관 정책에 따라 90일 후 삭제 절차가 시작됩니다.
오늘의 운세 결과·음성	만든 시점부터 2일 뒤 자동 삭제됩니다.
영상·음악 공통 캐시	90일 뒤 자동 삭제됩니다. 이용자 정보는 들어 있지 않습니다.
앱 이용 기록·오류 기록 전송	설정 → 도움말·앱 정보 → 진단 정보 보내기에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.

법령상 보관 의무가 있는 정보는 그 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 그 밖에는 요청하신 범위에서 삭제합니다.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Use either method below.

Change or delete your profile, events, and settings in the app.
To remove everything stored on your phone at once, clear the app's data (on Android: Settings → Apps → Large Print → Storage → Clear data), or uninstall the app.

Large Print Calendar keeps your events, notes, and step counts only on your phone. Deleting them this way removes them completely.

In the app, open Settings → Help & info → Terms & Privacy Policy → Privacy request and tap Email us. This creates an email that already includes your request code. Add what you would like (a copy of your information, or deletion) and send it.

If you write to us another way, please include the request code shown on that screen. If you have already uninstalled the app, tell us your phone model, roughly when you installed the app, and what you would like deleted. There is no account, so you do not need to send your name or other personal details.
We will confirm and respond within 45 days.

Information	What happens
Name, events, notes, reminder settings, step records	Stored only on your phone. Deleted immediately when you delete them in the app or clear the app's data.
Anonymous sign-in ID and consent records	When you ask, we delete your consent records and the sign-in account for that ID. We keep only a minimal record of when the deletion was made, so that old consent records are not recreated by mistake.
Server logs	Deleted automatically after 30 days.
Usage and error reports	Deleted automatically after up to 14 months (usage) and 90 days (errors). You can turn them off in Settings → Help & info → Send diagnostic info.

Events you exported to another calendar: please delete them in that calendar.
Backup files you created: please delete them where you saved them. They remain after the app is uninstalled.
Information only on your phone: we cannot delete it remotely, so please use Method 1.
