1. Scope / दायरा

EN. This notice describes information handled when Large Print Calendar is used in India. The service is available to the general public. We will update this notice to include necessary measures, such as age verification, before DPDP obligations concerning children take effect. The app’s general privacy and device settings apply. Calendar entries, notes, profile details and step data are intended to remain on your device unless a feature clearly says otherwise.

2. Information and essential service / जानकारी और आवश्यक सेवा

EN. Calendar entries, notes, profile details, step data and display preferences are intended to remain on your device unless a feature clearly says otherwise. The India calendar does not request GPS location or contacts. Essential processing is limited to providing a feature you request, including displaying local information or retrieving the static India calendar/font package described below. Usage and error reports can be turned off in the app settings and are not required for the basic calendar.

3. Usage and error reports / उपयोग और त्रुटि रिपोर्ट

EN. With the default setting on, the app sends optional usage reports (which features were used) and error reports (crashes and errors) to help improve and maintain the service. You can turn both off at any time in Settings › Help & info › Send diagnostic info; your choice is saved after restart. These reports do not include your name, calendar entries, notes or step values. Separately, processing needed to provide the service, such as app integrity checks and remote settings, may process basic device and network information even when reports are off.

4. India calendar and font downloads / भारत कैलेंडर और फ़ॉन्ट डाउनलोड

EN. On first entry to a relevant India calendar or Panchang screen, the app automatically downloads the applicable static calendar data and font files through Cloudflare R2. Downloads may use Wi-Fi or mobile data, and your carrier may charge for data use. No separate in-app pre-download screen is provided. The package is static data and font files, not executable app code; a verified copy may be cached on your device for offline display.

EN. To deliver a file, Cloudflare receives network connection information such as your IP address, request time, requested host and path, and ordinary request/response information. The route can reveal that an India package, version or coverage period was requested. Cloudflare may process connection information, including an IP address and the requested host and path, to deliver files. The requested path may indicate the India package, its version or date coverage.

5. Recipients and locations / प्राप्तकर्ता और स्थान

EN. Cloudflare provides static file delivery. Google Firebase services also support the app. Information may be processed in the United States and the Republic of Korea. Cloud Logging records are retained for 30 days, GA4 BigQuery exports for 426 days, and Crashlytics reports for 90 days. Service-specific Google processing locations and provider-side records may differ.

6. Processing purposes and advertising / प्रोसेसिंग के उद्देश्य और विज्ञापन

EN. We process information to provide the calendar features you request and maintain service security. Optional usage and error reports are on by default; you can turn both off at any time in Settings › Help & info › Send diagnostic info. Separately, processing needed to provide the service, such as app integrity checks and remote settings, may continue regardless of that choice. The app may display advertisements through Google AdMob or other advertising providers on designated screens. Advertising providers may process device or request information to serve and measure ads, subject to the settings and choices available in the app and applicable law. Non-personalized advertising is not necessarily anonymous.

7. International processing / अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रोसेसिंग

EN. Shared project settings show processing or storage in the United States and the Republic of Korea. Data may be processed or stored outside India, including in the United States and the Republic of Korea.

8. Retention and deletion / प्रतिधारण और हटाना

- CERT-In-scope ICT security logs: whether a 180-day retention and India-location duty applies to this service and its systems is subject to legal determination. Current Cloud Logging retention is 30 days.
- GA4 usage reports: BigQuery exports currently expire after 426 days.
- Crash reports: Crashlytics retention is 90 days. Provider backups and deletion follow the applicable provider terms and settings.
- Cloudflare request logs: retention depends on the provider’s applicable settings and terms; no fixed period is stated here.

- CERT-In दायरे के ICT सुरक्षा लॉग: इस सेवा और इसके सिस्टम पर 180-दिन प्रतिधारण तथा भारत-स्थित भंडारण दायित्व लागू होता है या नहीं, यह कानूनी निर्णय के अधीन है। Cloud Logging की वर्तमान प्रतिधारण अवधि 30 दिन है।
- GA4 उपयोग रिपोर्ट: BigQuery निर्यात की वर्तमान समाप्ति अवधि 426 दिन है।

EN. Whether CERT-In’s 180-day retention and India-location requirements apply to this service is subject to legal determination; current Cloud Logging retention is 30 days. Other service retention periods are listed above. When you turn off usage and error reports or request deletion, we stop the relevant future reporting and delete data where required. Records retained by law are restricted to that purpose. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete server records or device backups.

9. Rights, grievances and contact / अधिकार, शिकायत और संपर्क

EN. To ask about processing, request correction or deletion, turn off usage and error reports, or raise a grievance, email the Grievance Officer at info@connectopia.ai. We will ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and handle your request. Rights and grievance routes apply as provided by applicable law.

10. Security and incidents / सुरक्षा और घटनाएँ

EN. We use security measures appropriate to the service and applicable law. We report cyber incidents covered by CERT-In to CERT-In within 6 hours after becoming aware of them, notify affected users without delay, and provide a detailed personal-data breach report to the Data Protection Board within 72 hours in accordance with DPDP Rules. For incident-related privacy questions, email the Grievance Officer at info@connectopia.ai.
